Are all of the memberships on auto-renew?
No, not all memberships that we offer are auto-renew (Although for the benefit of our students we do encourage our students to sign up. The intention behind our membership pricing is to make frequent practice as financially accessible as possible.)  The memberships will have the word “Autopay” in title and you will be required to add a method of payment. Your membership will automatically renew monthly until you tell us otherwise! You are able to terminate your membership with two weeks’ notice by sending us an email.  

Am I able to change my membership?
Yes, all memberships can be changed.  If you wish to change your membership level, you may do so only at the beginning of the next monthly cycle with 2 weeks written notice.  There is no extra charge to change your membership other than the price difference between the two memberships. To change your membership level, send us an email.

How much in advance do I need to notify you to cancel my membership?
You may send us an email a minimum of two weeks prior to the next billing cycle.  This will ensure that we have a record of your requesting the termination and you will receive a confirmation after we have canceled the auto-pay.

Can I share my unlimited membership?
Memberships cannot be shared. They can, however, be gifted to another student. Email notification required.

I have a monthly unlimited membership at a different price, which price do I PAY for the unlimited now?
If you are currently enrolled in a monthly membership your membership will continue as is until you choose to cancel or change membership level.  You have to contact us before the auto-payment has been made as stated above.

Am I able to put my membership on hold?
Yes. We know accidents and illness can happen as well as vacations!  We will gladly place your membership on a temporary hold if there has been an injury or you need time for vacation.  

I don’t want to have a recurring charge. What are my options?
The intention behind our membership pricing is to make frequent practice as financially accessible as possible.  This is why our membership pricing is as low as it is and why we ask for your commitment.  If this does not suit your needs, you can purchase a single class, 5 class pass, or 10 class pass or the non-autopay unlimited classes.

How do I access my membership account?

We encourage everyone to use the online portal for Om Yoga Studio.  It makes it easy to keep track of your memberships & attendances.  You can view either by a web browser or download the Zen Planner App. Current members: were sent out to you a link with log in instructions to activate your account with the email you provided to the studio if you no longer have your email or need a new password, follow instructions at the portal.  If at any time you have an issue getting started please email us and we can resend your password.   New members: you can go right to our payment portal from our website www.om-yogastudio.com choose your membership and follow prompts.

 

Can I have my Class Pass placed on Auto-Renew? 

Yes!  We know it is hard to keep track of attendance and how many classes you have left.  You can let us know and we can have your membership renew after last one is used. To cancel this option we will need to be notified before your last class is used on current pass.  Call us to set up!
